  • DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we do! Wherever you are in the world you can have your very own custom pet portrait. Our delivery times may vary on your country so please take this into account when ordering.

  • CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to the personalised nature of our products, however if your item is lost in the post or arrives damaged please do get in touch at majesticfloofart@gmail.com and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is FREE in the UK. Shipping elsewhere in the world is around £7.50. We do not offer express shipping as all of our products are shipped as quickly as possible as standard, yippee!

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you'd like to make any changes to your order, size, design, product, etc please get in touch with us as soon as possible quoting your order number to majesticfloofart@gmail.com. Once you have approved your artwork we are unable to make any further changes.

 

Orders & Payments

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund up until the point your order has started processing. Due to the personalised nature of our products we cannot offer refunds on items that have already been reviewed by our team. If your item arrives damaged however we will of course reprint and send a replacement item.

  • HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

When a refund is issued you will receive confirmation via email. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be deposited into your account.

  • I HAVE RECIEVED AN EMAIL TO UPLOAD A NEW PHOTO?

After you have placed an order one of our design artists will check over your photos to make sure they meet all the requirements for the best quality custom animal portrait. This process normally takes 1-2 days. Uploading a suitable photo goes a long way to making sure your finished design is as good as it can be. If for any reason none of your uploads are suitable we will be in touch via email to request new photos. The email contains reasons why your images were not suitable and a handy guide to getting the best possible photos for your design.

  • WHY WAS MY PET'S PHOTO REJECTED?

Here at Majestic Floof we normally can work our magic with most images, however if we have sent a request for a new photo it is usually for one of the following reasons:

BLURRY OR DARK - Please ensure your photo is sharp and taken in neutral or natural light. Try to avoid harsh shadows.

TAKEN FROM ABOVE - Photos taken at your pet's eye level always work best.

USED A SCREENSHOT - Please use original photos where possible, screenshots are often of low quality. 

AWKWARD POSTURE - Photo's taken with your pet at an awkward angle such as laying down or looking over their shoulder are usually not suitable.

TAKEN TOO FAR AWAY - We need just your pet's head and shoulders so try not to use a photo taken at a distance.

FEATURES ARE MISSING - Make sure we can see all of your pet's face and head and any adorable ears are not cut off from the image.

 

Previews

  • CAN I SEE A PREVIEW BEFORE ORDERING?

Here at Majestic Floof our extremely talented artists work tirelessly to blend your pet seamlessly into the pet portrait. Every pet painting is bespoke and created in this way, which takes time. Due to this we are unable to offer a preview before purchasing.

  • ONCE I'VE PLACE MY ORDER, HOW LONG WILL MY PREVIEW TAKE?

You should expect to receive a preview withing 5 working days, we will send you an email to notify you. Please note if we have requested new photos, you have requested changes to your order or delivery address, this may delay your preview.

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY PREVIEW?

Of course! We are proud to offer unlimited revisions and our team will work with you to make sure your portrait is perfect! When requesting changes please be as detailed as possible as this will help us fully understand what needs to be done and cut back on further delays. Most changes are completed within 2 working days but extensive changes may take a little longer.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Our customer service team are based in the UK and open from 10:00am - 4:00pm GMT. We aim to answer all email enquiries within 48 hours.

  • DO YOU DO CUSTOM PET PORTRAIT DESIGNS?

If you have an idea for a new collection you would like to see on our site, please get in touch and we will review it. We've had lots of customer suggestions become some of our best sellers!

  • CAN I UPLOAD ANY ANIMAL?

Absolutely! We've had some fantastic furry (and scaley!) friends come our way - from rabbits, to horses to lizards, we've done them all. One time we even got a request for a Rhino in our William Shitzupeare Renaissance body and he looks FANTASTIC!

  • HOW DO YOU MAKE MY PET PORTRAIT?

Our really talented Artists spend a lot of time getting the composition and colours right, carefully crafting your custom animal artwork using a number of different digital techniques to ensure we deliver the best quality product on the market. We use professional tools, complex brush strokes, retouching techniques, blending processes and photo editing to make your pet legendary and turn your original photo into an absolute work of art.

  • CAN I INCLUDE MORE THAN ONE PET?

Of course. Currently we have a limited range suited for multiple pets, but we are expanding on this soon. If you can't find something suitable, or have something specific in mind, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

  • WILL I GET TO SEE MY ARTWORK BEFORE IT IS PRINTED?

Yes! We usually aim to send a preview within 5 working days of an order being placed. However this can be longer at busy periods. We will keep you updated via email on the status of your order.
